Partner Program Terms & Conditions

These Partner Program Terms & Conditions (âTermsâ) govern participation in the TekDiscover Partner Program (âProgramâ), including participation as a Freelancer or Super-Freelancer.
By creating a Partner account, checking the acceptance box during registration, using a TekDiscover referral link, participating in the Program, or receiving commissions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Participation is voluntary. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Program.
Important Notice
Participation in the TekDiscover Partner Program does not guarantee earnings. Partners are compensated only for qualifying transactions under the applicable commission structure.
1. The Program
The TekDiscover Partner Program allows approved participants to promote The Secret Newsletter and potentially earn commissions from qualifying subscription payments attributable to their promotional activity.
Participation in the Program does not require the purchase of any product, subscription, membership, training, inventory, or other item from TekDiscover.
There is no fee to become a Freelancer or Super-Freelancer.
Compensation is based on qualifying subscription payments and not merely on recruiting or registering participants.
2. Freelancers
A Freelancer promotes The Secret Newsletter using the unique referral link assigned to their Partner account.
Under the current commission structure, a Freelancer may earn 25% recurring direct commission on qualifying successful subscription payments attributable to that Freelancer.
At the current subscription price of $4.99 per month, this is approximately $1.25 per qualifying successful payment.
No commission is earned merely because someone clicks a link, registers, begins a free trial, or creates an account.
A commission becomes potentially payable only when TekDiscover has received and retained the corresponding qualifying subscription payment and all other Program requirements have been satisfied.
3. Super-Freelancers
A Super-Freelancer may recruit, develop and support a network of Freelancers.
Under the current commission structure, a Super-Freelancer may earn 5% recurring team override on qualifying successful subscription payments generated through eligible Freelancers attributed to that Super-Freelancer's team.
At the current subscription price of $4.99, this represents approximately $0.25 per qualifying successful payment.
The Super-Freelancer's 5% override is separate from and does not reduce the Freelancer's applicable direct commission.
A Super-Freelancer is not paid merely for recruiting another Freelancer.
4. No Guarantee of Income
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any income, commissions, profit, customers, subscribers or other financial results.
Results may vary substantially between participants.
TekDiscover makes no representation or guarantee concerning the amount a Partner can earn or the time, effort or expense necessary to obtain results.
Partners must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated earnings claims when promoting the Program.
5. Qualifying Commissions
A commission qualifies only when all applicable requirements have been satisfied, including successful attribution through TekDiscover's tracking systems and successful receipt of the corresponding subscription payment.
No commission is payable for transactions that are:
- Cancelled before payment
- Refunded
- Reversed
- Charged back
- Disputed
- Fraudulent
- Unauthorized
- Duplicated
- Technically invalid
- Generated through prohibited promotional methods
- Generated through manipulation of the Program
- Generated through prohibited self-referral
- Otherwise determined to be ineligible
6. Free Trials
Where TekDiscover offers subscribers a free trial, no commission is earned solely from the commencement of that trial. A commission may arise only following a qualifying successful paid subscription transaction.
7. Recurring Commissions
The term ârecurringâ describes the current commission structure. It does not constitute a promise that commissions will continue indefinitely.
Recurring commissions may continue only while all applicable conditions remain satisfied, including the subscriber remains eligible and active, qualifying payments continue to be successfully processed, the Program continues to operate, the Partner remains eligible, and the applicable commission structure remains in effect.
8. Payment of Commissions
Approved commissions will be paid according to the payment methods, schedules, thresholds and procedures made available by TekDiscover.
9. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
If a transaction associated with a previously credited commission is subsequently refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise becomes ineligible, TekDiscover may cancel the corresponding commission.
10. Referral Attribution
Commissions depend on TekDiscover's referral and tracking systems. Partners must use their assigned referral links correctly.
11. Independent Participants
Partners participate as independent participants and not as employees of TekDiscover.
12. Taxes and Expenses
Partners are responsible for their own expenses associated with participation in the Program and for applicable taxes.
13. Required Disclosures
Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with TekDiscover whenever required by applicable laws.
14. Permitted Promotion
Partners may promote TekDiscover through lawful and ethical marketing methods.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Partners must not engage in:
- Spam or unlawful unsolicited communications
- Misleading advertising
- False statements
- Deceptive earnings claims
- Impersonation
- Fraudulent transactions
- Fake accounts
- Self-referral intended to generate improper commissions
- Unauthorized use of another person's identity
- Manipulation of referral tracking
- Trademark infringement
- Unlawful automated messaging
16. TekDiscover Brand
Participation does not transfer ownership of the TekDiscover name, trademarks, logos, content or intellectual property.
17. Program Changes
TekDiscover may modify the Program where reasonably necessary for business, operational, technical, legal, economic, security or regulatory reasons.
18. Suspension or Termination of the Program
TekDiscover reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, restructure or discontinue the Partner Program.
19. Discontinuation of The Secret Newsletter
TekDiscover does not guarantee that The Secret Newsletter or any particular product or service will continue indefinitely.
20. Sale, Transfer or Change of Control
TekDiscover or the business operating the Program may undergo a sale, merger, acquisition, restructuring, transfer of assets, change of control or other corporate transaction.
21. No Rights to Future Commissions
A Partner has no vested ownership interest in prospective customers, future subscription renewals or future commissions merely because that Partner originally referred a subscriber.
22. Partner Account Termination
A Partner may stop participating in the Program at any time. TekDiscover may suspend or terminate a Partner account for material violations of these Terms.
23. Inactive Accounts
TekDiscover may establish reasonable procedures for inactive, abandoned or unreachable Partner accounts.
24. Third-Party Services
The Program may depend upon third-party services including payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics systems and other technology platforms.
25. Service Availability
TekDiscover will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the Program but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available service.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TekDiscover and its owners, officers, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TekDiscover and its affiliates, officers and representatives from third-party claims.
28. No Waiver
Failure by TekDiscover to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30. Changes to These Terms
TekDiscover may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.
31. Electronic Acceptance
Electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as acceptance of an electronic agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or Program rules expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing participation in the TekDiscover Partner Program.
