Verify your air cleaner frame size easily by locating the size label inside the c-channel at the top of your air cleaner. If the label indicates 20x25 or contains the part number 2025, these replacement pads will fit. The actual frame dimensions are slightly less than nominal, ensuring a snug fit.
HOW TO VERIFY YOUR AIR CLEANER FRAME SIZE
- Locate the size label inside the c-channel at the top of your Air Cleaner.
- If the Size Label indicates 20x25 or Media Pad Part Number contains 2025, these are the correct size replacement pads.
- If missing, measure width x length; actual dimensions are 19 5/8" x 24 5/8" for a 20x25 frame.
REPLACEMENT FILTER PAD MEASUREMENTS ARE SMALLER THAN FRAME SIZE
- Do not order using disposable fiberglass pad measurements. Always measure the outside frame or refer to the size label inside the c-channel.
- Replacement pads are about 1½” x 2½” smaller than the air cleaner frame to ensure proper fitting.
- Smaller pads optimize installation and maintain effective filtration within your 20” x 25” air cleaner frame.
Replacement filter pads are intentionally smaller to fit inside your air cleaner frame properly. This design prevents sizing errors and ensures optimal performance by accommodating the dimensions of the frame, not the disposable pad itself.
